The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) has published fresh information on gasoline and diesel fuel prices, which will come into force on July 13.
According to ANRE, the new maximum price per liter of 95 gasoline will be 24 lei 41 bani (8 bani higher than the previous price), while diesel fuel will be 20 lei 44 bani (10 bani higher than the previous price).
The agency explains that the rise in prices is due to the increase in the cost of oil products on the market, according to Platts data. This process is mainly due to the increased demand from consumers during the summer season.
