
From the beginning of January next year, a number of Moldovan commercial banks will introduce fees for cash withdrawals from bank cards. Business Pages has analysed the tariffs of the largest credit institutions, providing the following information:
1. **Victoriabank:**.
– Withdrawal from VB ATM – 90 bani per transaction.
– From ATMs of other banks – 0,5% + 1 euro.
– For social or salary cards – withdrawal from VB ATM is free of charge.
– P2P transfer to a card of the same bank is free of charge, to cards of other banks – 15 lei.
– Card blocking in case of loss – 10 euros or 200 lei.
2. **Moldindconbank:**
– Withdrawal from MICB ATMs – 1.5 lei for one operation, then 1.5 lei.
– From ATMs of other banks – 1% + 1,5 euro.
– P2P transfer to the card of the same bank – free of charge, to cards of other banks – 1% + 1 euro.
– Card blocking – not specified, unblocking – 5 lei or free of charge for social or salary cards.
3. **Maib:**
– Cash withdrawal for promotional cards – free of charge for the first three times, then 3 lei.
– Cash withdrawal for ordinary cards – 3 lei.
– From ATMs of other banks – 1% + 20 lei, from January 2024 – 1% + 30 lei.
– P2P transfers to maib cards – free of charge.
– Card blocking/unblocking – free of charge.
4. **OTP Bank:**
– Withdrawal from the ATM of your bank – 0,03 euros.
– Withdrawal from another ATM – 0.6% +1.9 EUR.
– For social and salary cards – cash withdrawal free of charge, from other ATMs – 0.6% +1.9 EUR.
– P2P transfers are not available.
5. **Fincombank:**
– For salary and social cards – the first three withdrawals are free of charge, then 0.04 EUR per withdrawal.
– From ATMs of other banks – 1% + 1 euro.
– P2P transfers to FCB cards are free of charge, to other people’s cards – 0.5% + EUR 0.5.
