The capital’s mayor has expressed his willingness to pay the fine for the woman involved in the incident outside the Legislative Assembly. It will be recalled that MP Dan Perciun from the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) was the victim of an attack by a woman who was dissatisfied with the fact that she was not provided with housing. Despite asking for help, she did not receive a solution to her problem.
The police have already identified the woman and she is 56 years old. A case has been initiated under Section 354 for disorderly conduct. After gathering sufficient evidence, she will be fined.
According to the law, petty hooliganism is punishable by a fine of 300 to 1500 lei or 20 to 60 hours of community service.
