Pensioners who decide to return to work in civil aviation will no longer receive their pensions while they are working in their new positions. This is stipulated by a draft developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, as deschide.md reports.
According to the authorities, it is currently unclear how pension payments should be suspended for some civil aviation employees who decided to return to work in positions with special working conditions.
It is proposed that pension payments for these workers should be suspended from the month following the month in which they started working in their new position. At the same time, all funds received improperly during the period of employment in the new position will be returned to the account of the National Treasury Service.
Pension payment will resume from the month following the month in which the employee completes his employment.
Earlier, the authorities emphasized that the pensions for civil aviation pensioners are the highest in Moldova, exceeding 14 thousand lei, according to the information provided.
