The body of a woman was found in the basement of an apartment building on Traian Boulevard in Chisinau on Wednesday morning at around 09:43. A resident of the building discovered the body and immediately called the police. A task force from IP Botanica and a forensic medical expert arrived at the scene, reports rupor.md, citing pulsmedia.md.
According to preliminary information, no signs of violent death were found on the woman’s body. Presumably, she was about 45 years old and lived on the street.
The body was taken to the Forensic Medical Examination Center for laboratory tests, which should determine the exact circumstances of death.
Currently, law enforcement authorities are working to identify the deceased and are conducting investigative activities.
