During a flight, a small aircraft broke down with two people inside. The incident occurred on 22 October at an airfield near Horest, Ialoveni district, deschide.md reported.
Preliminary information shows that the light-engine aircraft was forced to land due to a technical problem during the flight. Emergency services were sent to the scene to ensure safety. Five teams of rescuers and firefighters arrived at the site and provided fire protection for the landing. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the incident.
