The Border Police has launched a new online service that allows citizens to receive a statement of border crossing in digital format. To use this service, you need to follow a few simple steps:
1. Go to the government services portal at https://servicii.gov.md
2. Select the service “Extract from the integrated information system of the Border Police” and click on the “Request” button.
3. You will then be automatically redirected to the application page.
4. Fill in the required fields with the information following the instructions on the website.
There are two ways to receive the document:
– If you have an electronic signature, you can receive the statement in digital format through the https://mcabinet.gov.md portal.
– If you do not have an electronic signature, you can pick up the document on paper at the Border Police headquarters in Chisinau or at the regional offices in Edinet, Cahul, Stefan-Voda and Ungheni.
The Border Police said that this new electronic service will help improve the efficiency of the agency’s work by simplifying bureaucratic processes and freeing up resources for other important tasks, such as controlling and securing Moldova’s border.
