Moldovan President Maia Sandu thanked the foreign ministers of the Nordic-Baltic countries for their visit to Chisinau, which is a strong signal of support for the country and its European course. She noted that Moldova is grateful to each country for good bilateral cooperation, as well as for support within the EU. The President welcomed the EU’s decision to impose sanctions against those who seek to destabilize the situation in Moldova and expressed confidence in the strengthening of the security sector with the launch of the EU Partnership Mission in Moldova. She stressed that Moldova is not alone and that its country is growing stronger thanks to its friends.
