The decree appointing Ruslan Bolbocean as Moldova’s diplomatic representative to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was published in official sources. Ruslan Bolbocean, who previously served as state secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, now acts as ambassador.
He also previously served as Moldova’s ambassador to Uzbekistan, Armenia and Turkmenistan between 2016 and 2021.
