To facilitate the process of interaction between entrepreneurs and public institutions in Moldova, a part of public services will become available digitally. This means that entrepreneurs will be able to obtain the necessary certificates and authorizations online. For example, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) and the Moldovan National Accreditation Center (MOLDAC) will be able to obtain technical permits and accreditation documents digitally.
The Moldovan Parliament adopted the draft digitization of public services in the second reading. Six public services provided by these institutions will already be available in digital format. For example, at ANRCETI it will be possible to obtain authorization to use radio communication stations, and at MOLDAC the accreditation document will be provided electronically through a special platform.
This initiative fits into the strategy of providing all public services in digital format by 2030, which will make the interaction between businesses and public authorities more efficient and convenient.
