On the days of New Year’s Eve events in the Great National Assembly Square (23 December, 31 December 2023 and 6 January 2024), the schedule of public transport crossing the square will be changed.
From 23 December from 13:00 to 23:30, from 31 December to 01 January 2024 from 14:00 to 07:00 and on 6 January from 14:00 to 23:30, the movement of public transport along Stefan cel Mare si Sfint Boulevard, within Metropolitan G. Bănulescu-Bodoni – A. Puskin Street will be temporarily suspended. Trolleybuses and buses crossing the square will be diverted to neighbouring streets:
Trolleybuses:
– Routes No. 1, No. 5, No. 8 and No. 22: along Ciuflja, Bucureşti, A. Schusev streets (departure-return);
– Route No. 4: towards Buiucani sector – Ciuflja, Bucureşti Streets; towards Botanica sector – from Vasile Lupu Street along A. Mateevici Street, A. Pushkin Street, Stefan cel Mare Boulevard and further along the usual route;
– Route No. 34: in the direction of the Centre sector – along A. Schusev Street, Bucureşti Street, Truseni settlement – from Stefan cel Mare Boulevard along V. Alexandri Street, Bucureşti Street, A. Schusev Street and further along the usual route.

– Route No. 5: departure – on the usual route; return – from Metropolitan G. Benulescu-Bodoni Street along Columna Street, V. Alexandri Street, Stefan cel Mare Boulevard and then on the usual route;
