The Chisinau Court of Appeal has overturned the decision of the Commission for Emergency Situations (CES) that cancelled the registration of candidates from the Chance party to run in the elections. This decision was taken on Tuesday, 12 December, by the same panel of judges that previously rejected the Chance party’s petition as inadmissible, as reported by ZdG.
It is important to note that the cancellation of this regulation does not have legal consequences from the moment the new decision enters into force.
In addition, the Commission for Emergency Situations is obliged to publish this decision on the official website of the Government in the same source of information.
It is worth noting that this decision can be appealed to the Supreme Court of Justice within 72 hours.
