As part of this project, the road was repaired by laying asphalt over an area of approximately 52,931 m². Additionally, earthworks were carried out, and sidewalks, shoulders, and public transport stops were built, reports noi.md.
To increase road safety, 134 traffic signs were installed on a section of 820 meters, road markings were applied, and metal protective barriers and pedestrian barriers were installed.
The repairs began in May 2023 and cost 80,896,016.65 lei, funded from the Road Fund. The total length of the renovated road is 6.63 km, with two traffic lanes.
