The Chisinau City Hall announces temporary changes in the movement of public transportation. On Sunday, August 13, 2023, from 05:30 to 06:30 am, vehicles that normally pass through the Great National Assembly Square will be redirected to Bucureşti Street.
This decision is related to the preparatory works for the “Chisinau Youth Festival”, the second edition of which is scheduled to take place in the Great National Assembly Square. In order to ensure safety and to carry out works for temporary disconnection of the electric current from the contact network in this section, changes in the public transport routes will be in force during this period.
During this time interval, routes Nos. 1, 4, 5, 8, 22 and 34 will temporarily run along Bucureşti Street in both directions. These changes will ensure safety and comfort for residents and guests of the city during the event.
