Today, August 18, in the afternoon, people who were nearby captured on video the moment when the car started literally burning on Mihail Cogalniceanu Street. The video footage shows the flames engulfing the car. People from the neighborhood decided to try to put out the fire on their own, as unimedia.info reports.
