The second case took place on the R1 road in Strășeni, where the police stopped a Mercedes driven by a 33-year-old man. His unsteady steps and incoherent behavior indicated possible drug intoxication. The test confirmed the presence of psychotropic substances.
Criminal cases have been opened against both drivers. If their guilt is proven, they face a fine between 75,000 and 125,000 lei or imprisonment for 1 to 3 years, along with the suspension of their driving licenses.
