They have successfully developed a special pad that rises by 5 mm with the help of miniature hydraulic pumps, creating a convexity on the screen. This allows for the transmission of tactile sensations from pressing the keys, making the use of the keyboard more comfortable and ergonomic. The technology can also be used to create “convex” buttons for interacting with notifications on the screen. The project prototype has already been created, but needs further development for mass production.
