The Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development said that he will support the candidate of the ruling PAS party, Maia Sandu, in the upcoming presidential election, as well as promote the referendum. Together with other PAS members and several ministers, he will actively participate in the election campaign.
“In these elections I will be part of the PAS election team. I will be involved in the campaign like many of my colleagues, including ministers. I urge everyone to support the referendum,” the minister said, stiri.md reported.
Recall that the presidential election and the referendum on Moldova’s European integration will be held on October 20.
At the moment, the Central Electoral Commission has registered 11 initiative groups in support of candidates for the Moldovan presidency, and three more applications are under consideration.
