An instruction approved by the CEC regulates the registration of electoral blocs that are established for the joint participation of two or more political parties in elections or referenda. The document defines the registration procedure, the documents required for this purpose, restrictions on the name of blocs and the rules for the participation of political parties belonging to the blocs in the elections.
