Chisinau is preparing for big traffic jams at the beginning of the working week: Why will two main streets of the capital be closed on 2 October?

On October 2, from 7:30 to 16:00 in the centre of Chisinau, there will be partial traffic restrictions on two streets due to tree trimming works.
The sections that will be affected are Armianska Street from Stefan cel Mare Avenue to Alexandru cel Bun Street and Metropolitan Varlaama Street from Bulgarian Street to Armianska Street.
Drivers are asked to follow the temporary traffic signs and, if necessary, take detour routes to avoid traffic jams.
