The driver who drifted and crashed on Alba Iulia Street in the Buiucani sector was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The information was confirmed by the press secretary of the National Inspectorate of Public Security, Natalia Golovko.
As a result of the inspection, it turned out that the driver had a level of alcohol in his blood, exceeding the permitted norm, as well as a positive result of the presence of marijuana. The offender could be punished with a fine, unpaid community service or even imprisonment.
