The manual, created by a group of human rights experts for Moldova, covers seven key topics:
1. What are human rights?
2. Human rights institutions.
3. Organisations that are ready to help.
4. Courts and fair trial.
5. Penitentiary institutions.
6. Countering discrimination.
7. Family rights.
This Human Rights Handbook is available in eleven countries, including Moldova, and is an important platform for human rights education and civic engagement.”
