The virus was found in the carcass of a wild boar in the “Codrii Tigheciului” Natural Reserve. Restrictions on the movement of pigs from non-professional households to slaughterhouses, animal markets, and the placement of pork products and by-products on the market have also been imposed. At the same time, restrictions related to African swine fever have been lifted in the village of Costuleni, Ungheni district.
