Two minibuses, Ford Transit and Volkswagen T5, collided on the highway in Kalarasi district. The driver of the Ford, a 35-year-old man, decided to overtake in an inappropriate place, as a result of which he collided with the side of the Volkswagen minibus, unimedia.info reports.
At the time of the accident, there were four passengers in the Volkswagen, along with the 47-year-old driver; all of them were hospitalized.
After conducting a breathalyzer test, it was found that none of the drivers were under the influence of alcohol.
Law enforcement authorities are yet to clarify all the circumstances of the accident.
