Local media outlets have reported his attacks on passers-by, threats with a knife, robberies and aggressive behaviour, including throwing bottles at shopkeepers. Many townspeople have been victims of Vlad’s aggression, and their testimonies are troubling. One of the victims described the attack when he was suddenly attacked from behind and received a fist blow to the back of his head. Another man reported that his nose was broken.
Venice residents have expressed concern that they no longer feel safe in their city.
Paradoxically, despite the serious cases of violence, it remains unclear why no one can stop Vlad.
