Persons who disagree with the determination of their energy vulnerability have the possibility to submit an application to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. In case of disagreement with the response of the institution, it is possible to submit a preliminary application for reconsideration of the request. If the result is still not satisfactory, there is an opportunity to apply to the administrative court. The process involves the submission of various documents confirming the financial situation and housing conditions, and a decision on the degree of energy vulnerability must be provided within 30 days. In case of disagreement with the result, the applicant can submit a preliminary application for additional review by providing additional documents. Ultimately, if dissatisfaction persists, it is possible to appeal the decision to the administrative court.
