The Romanian agency Kooperativa 2.0 begins operations in Moldova after acquiring a stake in the local digital marketing company Just Digital. The Moldovan company will now be called Kooperativa 2.0 Moldova, according to logos-pres.md.
The agency was founded in 2012 by Cristian China-Birta and Vlad Dula, entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the internet industry. Currently, the agency has about 40 employees.
“The launch of Kooperativa 2.0 in Moldova is a dream come true. Everything happened faster than we expected after meeting with Mircea Țîra and his team from Just Digital. This collaboration has simplified our integration into the Moldovan industry, and we are confident that this Romanian-Moldovan partnership will open new opportunities for local brands,” said Robert-Nicolae Feraru, CEO of Kooperativa 2.0.
The main goal of the new structure is to capture 20% of the local media market by 2030, influence the region, and expand the portfolio of international clients.
Kooperativa 2.0 is a member of the largest advertising associations in Romania, such as IAB, IAA, ARRP, and AMCOR, ensuring high standards in advertising, PR, and online marketing.

Just Digital is a marketing agency founded in Moldova 8 years ago. The company has about 35 employees. Their portfolio includes social media management, marketing strategies, video production, branding, and website development.
In 2022, Just Digital SRL reported sales of 1.02 million lei with a profit of 86,100 lei. In 2023, the company’s turnover decreased to 703,610 lei with losses of 548,790 lei.
