The government decree on the technical concept of the automated insurance system specifies that the new system rca.bnm.md will allow issuing the insurance certificate “Green Card” in black and white format and then digitizing it.
The National Bank of Moldova, the National Financial Market Commission and the National Bureau of Insurers will work on mechanisms to digitize the Green Card.
