The Youth Center of Chisinau City has launched a survey of young people as part of a municipal program to identify their needs. 1,800 young people will be interviewed, covering a wide range of topics including education, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and social and cultural issues.
The findings will be presented at a municipal youth forum in May for discussion. This event will provide an opportunity for local authorities and community organizations to better understand the needs and interests of young people, which will help develop appropriate policies and programs.
The survey is being conducted under the auspices of the Chisinau Mayor’s Office by the Municipal Youth Center. Survey participants wear vests labeled “volunteer” and have “Municipal Operator” signs.
