Numerous participants gathered to express their support and draw society’s attention. To maintain order on the streets, many police officers and gendarmes were involved.
The march started at the intersection of București and Izmail streets. Among the attendees at the event were the US Ambassador Kent D. Logsdon and the Member of the Moldovan Parliament, Evgheni Sinkevici.
One of the founders of the LGBT organization GenderDoc-M, Alexei Marcov, noted that there were fewer police officers this time and clergy members did not create any obstacles. This indicates positive changes in society.
