A tragic situation happened in Kamenka: a 14-year-old teenager was driving his father’s BMW and driving on a road intended for one-way traffic only. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on August 11 on Krasnaya Bessarabia Street.
Two other boys and two girls aged 14-15 were also in the car. The driver failed to control the car, and the car collided with a reinforced concrete power line support, and then collided with a stone fence of a private house and flipped on its side.
As a result of the accident, the teenage driver and passengers were seriously injured. All were hospitalized in the intensive care unit of Kamensk Central District Hospital. However, one of the passengers could not cope with the injuries and died.
Law enforcement authorities have launched an investigation into the accident to find out all the circumstances of the accident.
