During a video conference, Prime Minister Dorin Recean engaged in discussions with members of the United for Moldova network, including MEPs and Moldovan parliamentarians, to address Moldova’s progress in the European integration process and the country’s development priorities. The conference focused on promoting European integration, evaluating the achieved progress, and exploring Moldova’s future prospects. Prime Minister Recean emphasized the government’s commitment to the strategic objective of becoming part of the European family by 2030. The discussions covered various topics such as economic development, infrastructure, justice reform, combating corruption, and countering disinformation and hybrid threats. The United for Moldova network brings together politicians, experts, and opinion leaders from both EU member states and Moldova, aiming to coordinate efforts and advocate for crucial issues like EU integration, regional and energy security, and anti-corruption measures. The network operates under the guidance of a Steering Committee, consisting of members from the European Parliament, parliaments of EU member states, and the Moldovan parliament.
