Jozwiak added: “The talks will continue tomorrow to clarify the details, but the main decision has already been taken: to start negotiations on the EU membership of Ukraine and Moldova, probably in March 2024. As for Georgia, it will be granted candidate status with certain conditions to move to the next stage.”
Earlier, Reuters also reported, citing its sources, that the European Commission plans to recommend starting talks with Ukraine and Moldova on their possible accession to the European Union on 8 November.
