“Changes in Public Transportation on the Romanian Language Day in Chisinau”
Dear residents and guests of the capital! Please note that on August 31, 2023, Romanian Language Day, the city public transport (buses and trolleybuses) will follow the Sunday schedule.
Taking into account these changes, from August 31 to 5 a.m. on September 1, traffic on Columna Street within A. Puskin Street – Metropolitan Gavriel Bănulescu-Bodoni Street will be temporarily stopped. During this time, public transport routes will be reoriented to the neighboring streets.
Therefore, trolleybus No. 24 will change its route: it will move from Bănulescu-Bodoni Street to Mateevici Street, then along Alexandri Street and further along the usual route.
Also, trolleybus route No. 28 will be temporarily changed: from Metropolitan Gavriil Bănulescu-Bodoni Street it will be redirected to A. Mateevici Street, then to A. Puskin Street and Stefan cel Mare Boulevard.
