Moldovan wrestler Alexandru Bors showed outstanding skills and came second at the U17 World Wrestling Championships in Turkey in the 80 kg category. Our athlete showed exemplary form, earning the title of world vice-champion.
Octavian Czernecki from Greco-Roman wrestling also performed well at this championship, taking fifth place.
Our young athletes were trained by the national group (U-17) by coaches Sergey Kim, Nicolae Skurtul and Roman Zgardan.
