Termoelectrica has recently introduced a new interim acting director, Yuri Razlovan. His arrival is accompanied by a number of important tasks on which he is going to focus.
Among the priority actions for the new manager are the creation of a new organizational structure for the company within two weeks and the preparation of the company for winter. These are important measures that will help to improve the company’s performance and ensure its efficient functioning during the cold season.
The ceremony of introducing the new director took place in the presence of Energy Minister Viktor Parlikov and the head of the Public Property Agency Roman Kozhukhar.
Yuri Razlovan emphasized that his main task is to ensure the readiness of the enterprise for the upcoming cold season and to complete the repair of the second building on time. In the next two weeks, the new director will also present his vision of the organizational structure and decide on the team with which he will work on the set tasks.
Termoelectrica plays an important role in the energy sector, especially in the context of the decarbonization of the industry and the development of centralized heating systems. This company aims to promote the insulation of residential buildings, the transition to individual heating units and the provision of round-the-clock hot water supply. The importance of the company’s work was emphasized by Energy Minister Viktor Parlikov, noting that without Termoelectrica’s participation, these tasks will be impossible.
Earlier, on July 28, Iurie Razlovan was appointed interim acting head of Termoelectrica, replacing Vasile Leu, who was fired after a scandal with fuel oil leakage on the company’s territory. This poses a challenge for the new manager in developing plans for the authorities and the public for winter heating.
